On the following page, you can report a cluster of COVID-19 infections or update the details of your existing cluster. When updating your cluster, please mention only new cases (as indicated in the web form).

    Attention: due to the hot weather, the opening hours of the test and vaccination centre in Molenbeek have been changed:
    – Tuesday 09 August from 9 am to 5 pm.
    – Wednesday 10 August from 9 am to 1 pm.
    – Thursday 11 August from 9 am to 1 pm
    – Friday 12 August from 5 pm to 8.30 pm 

    Schedule of testing and vaccination centres during the weekend of August 15th :

    • TEST Centre :
      • Pacheco: open on Saturday 13/08, Sunday 14/08 and Monday 15/08 from 9.45 am to 5.30 pm
      • Molenbeek: closed from Saturday 13/08 till Monday 15/08 inclusive
    • VACCINATION Centre :
      • Pacheco: open on Saturday 13/08 from 9.45am to 5.30pm, closed on Sunday 14/08 and on Monday 15/08
      • Molenbeek: closed from Saturday 13/08 till Monday 15/08 inclusive

    Beware of the validity of your vaccination certificate – inform yourself in advance! Several countries still require a valid vaccination certificate as a condition of entry into their territory. Consult immediately the procedure to be followed.

    Attention: Wearing a mouth mask is still recommended in very crowded places or in care environments.
